This Pig Has The Sweetest Reaction When He Loses His Best Friend

Spot the pig was just a youngster, but he had already found love. Spot was 8 months old and had already moved into his new home after being rescued from a family who had acquired him as a pet out of the blue. His new mother, Rachel Vos of Aubel, Belgium, immediately recognized the relationship.

The pigs were almost ever separated over the following 13 years. Wherever she felt outside of herself, whether grazing or lazing in the sun, Spot followed her attentively.

Even on the day Sientje passed away, she stayed devoted. She needed to relax since she had severe osteoarthritis and had advanced to that point.

Being aware of Sientje’s suffering and the impending anguish Spot would experience without the love of his life made the decision to sacrifice her difficult to make.

October of last year saw the arrival of the day. Rachel covered Sientje in blankets and threw vibrantly colorful flowers all over her body as the family said their final goodbyes.

Spot remained at his side even after realizing that his soul mate had died.

With his eyes closed, Spot stepped over Sientje and placed his muzzle on her body. He started to move while petting her face.

Spot was still grieving for Sientje for weeks after her passing.
