The Famous Patrick Stewart’s New Foster Dog Can’t Stop Smiling At Him
Sir Patrick Stewart, well-known for his iconic performances in television, film, and even theater, made the decision to provide Ginger, a pit bull in need of care and affection, with a foster home in 2017. Fortunately, she eventually succeeded in locating a forever home.
Stewart recently revealed on Twitter that he had adopted a new puppy named Emma, and now he finds himself repeating this nice tale.
Fostering Ginger left a lingering joy in my life that I believe is here to stay. Happy to share that she has found a forever home, and in her honour, I'm raising money for Wags and Walks for #GivingTuesday. Stewart said:
Meet Emma, the adorable foster kid we recently took in through Wags and Walks. She is excellent and so nice. Sensitive, perceptive, and gentle—38 pounds of affection wrapped up in one package.
Stewart and Emma have a strong relationship; they even sleep together on a sofa, and she can’t help but smile as she watches him snore while wearing a sleep mask.
Afternoon couch nap yesterday with Miss Emma. (That’s her snoring not me.) #fosteringsaveslives #adoptdontshop #pitbullsarelove #pitbullsarefamily @WagsandWalks pic.twitter.com/vvgcEArVzf

Emma was unable to visit the UK due to breed-specific laws there, but Stewart is presently flying back and forth between the US and the UK.
Emma has a place to stay with Stewart even though he is unable to provide her a permanent home.
