Every Homeless Dog Who Enters The Testaurant Teceives Free Food

For the past five years, Gerardo Ortiz’s restaurant, Ajilalo in Peru, has had a very unique and slightly odd visitor. A homeless dog wandering the streets chose to come to a halt at the restaurant’s door, giving a poignant expression that indicated he was starving.

Despite the fact that Gerardo could easily have turned down the homeless dog, he instead provided him a nice complimentary supper prepared just for him. Since then, the man has started an endearing custom that has lasted to this day. Gerardo’s restaurant gives the starving dog a free dinner every day after that.

But it wasn’t long before the man’s generosity and kindness were noticed by the town’s many other street dogs. More dogs began to arrive quickly, and Gerardo, of course, greeted them with a nice dinner.

Currently, Gerardo and his restaurant are visited by a large number of homeless dogs, some of which are regular customers and others who are first-time guests. Of course, they all have one thing in common: the ability to satisfy their hunger due to the delicious food provided by the man with a kind heart.

Whenever the guy is at work, he is confronted with the face of a new dog, waiting to see if the rumor that he may get a free dinner there is true.

His human clients are ecstatic by the deeds of their favorite restaurant’s owner. They are occasionally moved by their activities and bring food for the homeless dogs who visit the location.

According to Gerardo, who spoke to The Dodo,

«They are, in my opinion, the best clientele. Our clients, for the most part, have reacted positively to dogs. They treat them with affection.

Asserts Gerardo:

«They don’t pay us in money; instead, they pay us with delight and wagging tails. They are thankful, and we prefer to give rather than receive. Animals have always piqued my interest since I was a youngster. My mother instilled in us the value of assisting others, both humans and animals. She is a model citizen for me.

This lovely guy reminds us that an animal’s life may be altered by a wonderful act. Their acts demonstrate that their lives are important, which Gerardo is delighted to demonstrate every day with his meals.
