The Kitten Who Was the Last to Be Rescued Transforms Into a Majestic Fluffy Tabby

With the help of a family, a small tabby who was one of the last kittens to be saved had an astonishing metamorphosis.

Frito, a kitten, was brought to a city shelter in San Jose, California, when he was a few days old. Laura Malone, a Mini Cat Town director, was informed about the tiny orange tabby in severe need of rescue.

“Single bottle kittens of that age are always the last to be saved since their care is so time-consuming. I had room and no one else wanted him, so I agreed to foster him “Laura collaborated with Love Meow.

“Because he was so tiny and loud, I asked to borrow an incubator to help him settle in. The odds were stacked against him.”

The kitten, although being only a few days old, had the size of a newborn. It gave life back into his little body after a warm supper. Frito was determined from the start, and in only a few days, he gained much-needed weight and his energy level skyrocketed.

It didn’t take long for the corn chip cat to realize he liked petting and hugs.

His desire for attention skyrocketed as soon as his eyes opened. While Laura was busy preparing the bottle, Foster Dad walked in to provide some TLC. The tabby boy was a foodie who craved attention.
“He didn’t squander a drop of formula thanks to his superb latch.”

Frito, although being little for his age, didn’t let anything slow him down. When he discovered out how to use his legs, he used them right away, crawling and exploring within the incubator.

He joined the elder foster crew and was taken under their wing right away. He was the smallest of the group, yet he held his own when they fought.

What he lacked in physical stature, he more than made up for in personality. Frito rumbled with his thundering purrs and made the sweetest scratchy meows.

The tabby’s foster family had his little paw wrapped around his tiny paw. He got hugs from Foster Dad whenever he wanted and quickly became Laura’s most pampered sleep partner.

The corn chip kitty graced every area he stepped paws in and never failed to make people smile.

Frito had grown into a beautiful young tabby and was eager to find his own home.

“Not only did he mature, but he also gained many new acquaintances,” Laura wrote. “Knowing that these little guys not only survive, but develop and flourish in their new homes is part of what makes fostering such a wonderful experience.”

A family fell head over heals with the corn chip kitten after weeks of seeking for the perfect home. It turned out to be an ideal fit.

“He progressed from being a small little corn chip that defied the odds to being a huge metropolis kitty. He is quite flexible and enjoys people and the attention they lavish on him. He is a very noisy cat that loves to meow, squawk, squeak, and purr all day “Frito’s human mother revealed.

“His endearing and eccentric attitude always improves my day. He falls asleep in the most unusual positions. His preferred position is draped over my shoulder. And his wonderfully timed meows and trills put a grin on my face.”

Frito has developed into a magnificent orange tabby with gorgeous fluff and an amazing personality. He has a human mother and a feline sister, Luna, who adore him. It’s difficult to imagine he’s the same palm-sized marvel they saved.

Laura commented, “I will be eternally thankful to his Cat Mom for providing him with such a loving home.”
