A Stray Cat Brings Her Entire Family To Meet The Woman Who Assisted Her

One summer day, Lisianne was out in her yard when she noticed a fluffy black cat strolling around close. She set out a dish of food and water for the cat, who belonged to a colony of stray cats near her home in Québec, Canada, and seemed hungry.

I placed his new collar on him and let him out to play in the tree out front as normal, and he paused and looked at me, and I had this strange sensation I wouldn’t see him again, to the point where I contacted my husband and informed him about it.

On Facebook, Chatons Orphelins Montréal, a local rescue group, commented, “With this routine, the lady acquired confidence and the kitty started approaching closer.” “The kitty gave birth outside, but she returned every day to eat,” says the owner.

After a few weeks, Usagi decided it was time to meet Lisianne and her family. The cat brought out each of her six kittens one at a time until they were all lined up on Lisianne’s porch. The 6-week-old kittens resembled tiny replicas of their mother, and the little family was clearly in need of assistance.

Lisianne enticed the mother and her children into her home and contacted the Chatons Orphelins Montréal rescue group. The mother and her six children were eventually secure, according to Chatons Orphelins Montréal. “[Lisianne] decided to retain the mother and treated and spayed her, and one of her friends adopted one of the kittens.”

Rescue workers learned Usagi had pleaded for assistance just in time at the shelter. The remaining kittens had conjunctivitis and were having trouble breathing. They were able to be treated by the veterinarian, and their condition immediately improved. As they recovered, they became more acclimated to being around people.

The babies were reticent and needed socializing, according to Chatons Orphelins Montréal. “They began to trust and escape from their shells. “The little ones enjoy having a good time together.”

The remaining five kittens are now ready to find their permanent homes, and thanks to their brave mother, they will be able to spend the remainder of their lives in comfort.
